What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, at our New York City store and online.

Can I make changes to an order I've already placed?

Once an item goes into production and being prepared for shipment or if an item has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please email support@thedrizlostore.com

Can I update or cancel my order?

We're happy to update your order, whether that be including a gift note, changing your delivery address, adding/removing an item, or helping you cancel. However, we can only make changes before your order has shipped and, because the folks in our fulfillment center work quickly, this timeframe is a small one. If you'd like to update or cancel your order, please email support@example.com and we'll see what we can do!

Can I place an order for store pickup?

Currently, we are only selling online.

Shipping

When will I receive my order?

The total delivery timeline for your order consists of two stages: production time and shipping time.

Production Timeline:

After your order is confirmed and payment is received, your item will be custom-printed at our fulfillment partner's facility. Production times vary based on product type:

  • Standard printed products (T-shirts, hoodies): 2-3 working days
  • All-over print (AOP) apparel: 3-4 working days

Shipping Timeline:

Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched and shipped across India. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 2-3 working days
  • Tier 2 cities and major towns: 3-4 working days
  • Remote and northeastern areas: 4-5 working days
  • India Post serviceable areas: 3-15 working days (varies by location)

Total Expected Delivery:

3-9 working days from the date you place your order

How can I track my package?

You can find tracking information by logging into your account and selecting 'Order History' from the menu items. Alternatively, you can find tracking information in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find this email, make sure to check your spam or junk folder!

Where do you ship?

At this moment, we only ship within India only.

What do I do if my order arrived damaged?

We're sorry your order didn't arrive as expected! Please send your order number and a photo of the damaged item to support@thedrizlostore.com. Our support team will be in touch shortly with the next steps.

Product Returns

What is your return policy?

At The Drizlo Store, we accept returns for items that are defective, damaged during manufacturing, or do not match the product description on our website.

Return Eligibility:
We accept returns for:

  • Manufacturing defects (seams coming undone, stitching errors, printing defects, etc.)
  • Damaged items upon delivery
  • Items that don't match the product description on our website

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Sizing or fit concerns
  • Color appearing different due to screen display variations
  • Items that have been worn or used

Return Window:
You must initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at connect@thedrizlostore.com with photos/video evidence of the defect
  2. Include your order number and describe the issue
  3. We'll review your claim within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Full Refunds:
Approved returns receive a 100% refund of the product cost plus original shipping charges.

Important Note:
Your consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 remain unaffected by this policy.

How do I make a return?

You can return items if they are:

Return Window:

Important Guidelines:

  • ⚠️ Unbox carefully — If the package is damaged while you're opening it with scissors or sharp objects, and we can't verify the original packaging condition, we may not process the return. (Unboxing video helps)
  • ⚠️ Document everything — Provide photos of the courier package with any visible damage before opening
  • ⚠️ Size variations — ±0.5 inches is standard for apparel and is not eligible for returns
  • ⚠️ Used items — Items that have been worn, used, or washed are not eligible for return

Rejected Returns:
We cannot process returns for:

  • Items you're not happy with or changed your mind about
  • Sizing or fit issues (wrong size ordered)
  • Color differences due to screen display

Can I return a sale item?

Unfortunately, all items including sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns are only eligible for manufacturing defects. Please read our Refund Policy page for detailed information.

I've already opened my product. Can I exchange it?

Sorry returns and exchanges are only possible for products with manufacturing defects. Please read our Refund policy page for detailed information.

How do I return a gift I've received?

We're sorry you didn't love your gift! If the item was shipped directly to you, please send an email with your full name to support@thedrizlostore.com. If the item wasn't shipped to your home, please send an email to support@thedrizlostore.com and include the gift giver's full name and email address.

Can I have my shipping cost refunded?

Sorry, shipping charges are non-refundable.

When can I expect my refund?

Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. We'll send you an email once this is complete! Note that it may take your financial institution a little longer to reflect this transaction.

Gifts + Gift Cards

Can I add a gift message to my order?

Of course! You can easily add a gift message to your order at checkout. If you've already placed an order but it hasn't shipped yet, we may still be able to include a gift message. Please email support@example.com and we'll see what we can do.

Why hasn't my giftee received their digital gift card?

If your giftee hasn't received their digital gift card (and they've checked their spam or junk folder!) please email support@example.com with the order number and their email address so we can look into this.

Do gift cards expire?

Nope! Like good friends, Standard Dose gift cards are forever.

I lost my gift card! Can you look up my gift card number?

Oh no! We're sorry you can't find your gift card. Please email support@example.com with your full name and the email address it was sent to. We'll do our best to track it down!

How do I sign into my account?

You can log into your existing account or create a new one right here.

I forgot my password. What can I do?

Sale + Discounts

Can I enter more than one discount code at checkout?

Sorry, we can only accept one discount code per order.

I shopped outside the sales period -- can I have the discount retroactively applied to my order?

To make shopping fair for everyone, sales promotions and discounts only apply to orders placed during the specified sales period. To stay in the loop on future sales, sign up for email and SMS updates!
