At The Drizlo Store, we understand that plans can change. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling orders before they are shipped. We comply fully with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and all applicable consumer protection laws in India.
Cancellation Window
Orders Can Be Cancelled:

Within 2 hours of order placement: Orders can be cancelled if the request is made within 2 hours of payment confirmation

Before production begins: You may cancel your order before it enters production at our fulfillment partner

Without penalty: No cancellation charges or fees will be imposed on you for cancellations made within this window
Orders Cannot Be Cancelled:

After 2 hours of order placement: Once 2 hours have passed, your order has entered production and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances

After dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched and is in transit with the courier, it cannot be cancelled

After delivery: Once delivered, the order cannot be cancelled (returns may be available under our Refund Policy for defects or mismatches)
Why the 2-Hour Cancellation Window?
Since we use Qikink (a print-on-demand partner), orders enter production immediately after payment confirmation. The 2-hour window is the period during which orders are queued for production but have not yet entered the printing process.
After 2 hours:

Your order has moved to active production status at Qikink

Custom printing on your item has begun or is about to begin

Cancellation becomes impossible due to manufacturing constraints and logistics
How to Cancel Your Order
Step 1 - Act Quickly:

You have 2 hours from payment confirmation to request cancellation

Check your confirmation email for the exact payment confirmation time

Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel
Step 2 - Request Cancellation:

Include the subject line: "CANCELLATION REQUEST - [Order Number]"

Include a brief reason for cancellation (optional)

We will respond within 1 hour during business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST, Monday-Friday)
Step 3 - Confirmation:

We will confirm whether your cancellation was successful

If approved, we will process a full refund

You will receive a cancellation confirmation via email
Refund Timeline for Cancellations
For Cancelled Orders (Within 2-Hour Window):

Refund initiation: Within 24 hours of cancellation approval

Refund processing: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

Full refund: You will receive a 100% refund of the order amount, including shipping charges (if any)
Note on Payment Methods:

UPI/Wallet: 2-3 business days

Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days

Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund applicable (as payment is collected at delivery)
Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund. The time shown above is from our end; your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

No refunds will be issued for post-dispatch cancellation requests

Important: Time Sensitivity
The 2-hour cancellation window is strict and final. Once this period expires, orders cannot be cancelled due to production and fulfillment commitments with our print-on-demand partner.
Recommendation: If you think you might want to cancel, please reach out to us via email immediately within the 2-hour window. Do not wait until the last minute, as our response time depends on business hours and order volume.
Rejected Packages (After 2-Hour Window)
If You Reject a Package After 2 Hours:

You can reject the package at delivery if you prefer not to receive it

The courier will return it to our warehouse

We will inspect the returned package upon receipt

If the item is undamaged and in resalable condition, we will process a refund within 5-7 business days

Return shipping costs will not be charged if you reject due to your cancellation request
What Happens After the 2-Hour Cancellation Window
Once your order has entered production:

Your item is being custom-printed according to your specifications

The order cannot be stopped or cancelled

Production typically takes 2-3 days (standard items) or 3-4 days (all-over print items)

After production, your item will be quality-checked and dispatched
Your Options:

Accept delivery and use the item

Reject at delivery and we'll process a refund after the package is returned and inspected

Accept delivery and initiate a return if there are defects or mismatches (covered under Refund Policy)
Special Circumstances
Manufacturing Defects Discovered Before Dispatch:
If we discover a manufacturing defect during quality checks before dispatch:

We will contact you immediately

You will have the option to:

Receive a full refund with no cancellation charges

Accept the item as-is (if the defect is minor)

Receive a replacement (at no additional cost)

Unfulfilled Orders:
If your order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory issues or production problems, we will:

Cancel your order automatically

Process a full refund within 24 hours

Notify you via email with an explanation
Our Commitment to Fair Cancellations
We comply with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, which protect your right to cancel orders. We provide a reasonable 2-hour cancellation window before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible due to manufacturing commitments.
Important Note: Your consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 remain unaffected by this policy. The 2-hour cancellation window is designed to align with production timelines and is a fair, reasonable period for consumers to change their minds.
